Orders & Shipping
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. When shipping in the Netherlands before 5:00 pm, you will receive your order the next day! Orders in all other countries except the Netherlands, will be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days.
At Quiero we offer the following shipping costs:
The Netherlands: Free
Europe Zone 1: €6 (Free over €75)
Europe Zone 2: €12 (Free over €100)
UK, US & Rest of the World: €18 (Free over €200)
In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of all your orders when you are signed into your account.
Sometimes your confirmation may take a little longer when we have many orders. Please wait up to an hour for your confirmation to arrive at your inbox. And please check your spam folder. If it takes longer than an hour, please check if you have filled in the correct email address and send us an email so we can send you the confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period, you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product, then please contact us on info@quieroclothing.com.
We will accept returns for any reason and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please log in via Account with the email you used to make the order and click on the order you want to return. Shipping back to us is at the customer's own cost.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Quiero tags still attached.
- Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros at the price paid upon original purchase.
Once we’ve received your return, you can expect to receive a refund within one or two weeks.
All orders are processed carefully and inspected before shipment. We ask you to do the same immediately after receiving your order. If you find a defect on one or more items, please contact us immediately with a description of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
No, unfortunately not. If you wish to change your item to another size or product you can follow our regular return process and order a new item.
Payments
Payment is possible through: American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, UnionPay and Visa.
All our prices are final and include the 21% VAT, in compliance to Dutch law. We are not responsible for additional import taxes that may be added, depending on local customs.
Accounts
No, you can also check out as a guest. However, having an account offers benefits such as access to your complete order history and additional functions.
Your information is solely used to process your order and shipment. We may use your email address for promotional purposes and your phone number might be used if there is a problem with your order. Under no circumstance will we share or sell your information to third parties.
We can delete your account whenever you want. Send us an email at info@quieroclothing.com and we will remove your information from our system.
