Shipping

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country. For orders within the Netherlands placed before 5:00 PM, delivery will take place the next day. In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 working days. Orders to all other countries outside the Netherlands are delivered within 2 to 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

Packages are shipped (see shipping costs above) using our standard shipping services: PostNL or DHL. Customs duties, taxes, fees, and collection charges may still apply. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Quiero, nor are they included in the order total. Any additional charges must be paid upon delivery. We ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO, PO Box, or FPO addresses.

Product Appearance

Product images on the website (desktop or mobile) and/or app are for illustrative purposes only. While we have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the product colors. The colors of your products may vary slightly from the images.

Processing Guidelines

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment prior to order processing. We will contact you if the products you ordered are out of stock or if additional identification is required for credit card verification.

International Shipping Policy

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time. When ordering from us, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. We are not liable or responsible if you violate such laws.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, Quiero is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Inspection

You are responsible for inspecting the delivered products upon receipt and ensuring that the products are in the expected condition. If the products are not in the expected condition, you must contact us as soon as possible by email at support@quieroclothing.com, including all relevant information (order details, contact details, and description of the issue) along with photographic evidence.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We strive to sell only high-quality products and therefore perform multiple quality checks before shipping. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free replacement with a new, similar product or a refund. In the case of a refund, we will process the full refund within 14 days after receiving the incorrect or damaged product, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, terrorist attacks, labor disputes, or actions of local or central governments or other competent authorities.
