Returns

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period, you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product, then please contact us on info@quieroclothing.com.

We will accept returns for any reason and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please log in via Account with the email you used to make the order and click on the order you want to return.

- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original Quiero tags still attached.
- Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.

Once we’ve received your return, you can expect to receive a refund within one or two weeks.

Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros at the price paid upon original purchase.

We offer a free return label to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Any other countries that are not included in the list above, can return at the customer's own cost.
