Returns

We give you 14 days to evaluate whether your purchase meets your expectations. Within this period, you may return the product. You can inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store to determine if it meets your expectations. If you are unsure whether your product can still be returned, please contact us at support@quieroclothing.com. We accept returns for any reason and will issue a refund. Everything purchased online can be returned. To return your item, please use our Return Portal and follow the steps.

Once we have received your return, you can expect a refund within one to two weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, fees, or return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in euros at the price paid at the time of the original purchase.

• All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• All products must be unworn and unwashed
• All products must still have all original Quiero tags attached
• Please keep your tracking number as proof of shipment
