1. Definitions

“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the visitor of the website or the buyer entering into an agreement with Quiero. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Quiero. “Product(s)” refers to all clothing items and accessories offered via our website. “Agreement” refers to any purchase agreement between Quiero and the Customer.

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Quiero and to every distance contract concluded between Quiero and the Customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Offer and Availability

All product information, images, prices, and offers on the website are compiled with care but may contain unintentional errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colors and details may vary depending on your screen settings. All offers are valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to modify products or information without prior notice.

4. Orders and Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is concluded once the Customer completes the order and Quiero confirms the order via email. Quiero reserves the right to refuse orders, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment issues, or product unavailability. If an order cannot be processed, the Customer will be notified.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the Customer. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order, using the payment methods available on the website. In case of payment issues, Quiero reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website. Quiero cannot guarantee these times due to customs procedures, logistical delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our separate Shipping Policy page.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided that the return conditions are met. Returns are handled in accordance with the full Return Policy available on our website. Products that are used, worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete may be refused.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Quiero or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 16. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible, clearly and fully described, via support@quieroclothing.com. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days. These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Quiero reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use the website, you accept the updated terms.
